The Project Development Network is a group of mature, independent consultants, offering an unparalleled range of expertise in the creation and operation of economically viable businesses in developing countries.
Our common qualification is that we have all gained experience through previously working for Britain's overseas investment company, Commonwealth Development Corporation, now CDC Group plc.

We can offer a wide range of skills and professional disciplines, and we share many years of working in inter-disciplinary teams in the identification, appraisal, negotiation, implementation, and often the management of investments made by CDC in developing markets. Many projects have been in tropical agriculture and related agro-industries where CDC had traditional strengths, but members also have experience of other industries, of power and water infrastructure, of financial services, including venture capital/development banking, and of a wide range of commercial and institutional development in both the public and private sectors. All of us have had "hands-on" experience of the often challenging business environments of the developing world.
Members of the Network normally work for and account to clients independently, either as individual consultants or as members of teams recruited by clients or their advisers. The Network provides the facility to assemble complete teams for specific projects, accustomed to working together. The Project Development Network is not a corporate body, and not formally linked to the CDC Group.
